Kate Ritchie, 46, looked refreshed and happy as she went for a swim and a walk at the beach during a group outing for an inpatient rehab program on Tuesday.
Ritchie released a statement on Instagram early last month, addressing the concerning photos which emerged of her and her subsequent exit from her Nova radio show. Footage obtained by Daily Mail Australia then showed the former actress crying while on the phone, wiping tears from her eyes and burying her head in her hands. At the time, Nova's co-hosts had promised their audience the absent Ritchie would return after one day off, but that timeline was soon dropped and she announced that she would be taking an extended break.
