Kate returns to Trooping the Colour duty alongside King Charles – as royal children delight crowds


The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, dazzled as she returned to her Trooping the Colour role alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla today, along other members of the Royal Family

With her passion for the arts and nature, she selected several nature-themed pieces during her visit, including a large William Morris sample book, exquisite textile rolls, and a musical instrument. Moreover, today the King called for a minute of silence to honour the memory of the 241 passengers and crew who tragically lost their lives, and all those affected by the Boeing 787 Dreamliner crash on Thursday en route to Gatwick Airport, which occurred in the Indian city of Ahmedabad. Following the Air India plane crash, the King released a heartfelt message stating he was "desperately shocked by the terrible events" and offering his "deepest possible sympathy".
