The world-famous supermodel, 51, enjoyed a cigarette on her drive and enjoyed the sunshine as she soaked up the rays in the convertible.
In a clip shared by publications including Elle and Lewis Magazine, Kate moved back and forth in her chair as she speaks to other fashion goers at the event and poses for photographers. Following the couple's split, Kate started a new chapter celebrating her 51st birthday at A-list restaurant China Tang at The Dorchester before continuing her night until the early hours at The Globe in London's Notting Hill. Lila, who walked the Burberry and Stella McCartney shows, also attended several elegant dinner parties alongside her famous mother including east London designer Aaron Esh's stylish event, which took place last month.
