EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: When Kate Moss launched her 'wellness' brand, Cosmoss, to great fanfare, she claimed it would 'open a door' to 'balance, restoration, and love'.

The NHS website states that there is no cure for eczema or psoriasis, which are painful, unsightly conditions whose symptoms are usually treated with moisturisers as well as creams and ointments to reduce swelling and redness during flare-ups.
