Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, displayed a touching act of compassion as she warmly embraced Liz Hatton, a brave young photographer who has been diagnosed with cancer, at Windsor Castle, according to a body language expert. "Kate's smile has the dimpling that always makes it look congruent and her eye expression suggests she is taking personal pride in the young photographer she is greeting." In a touching tribute, Kate and William expressed their gratitude to the 16 year old in another caption accompanying the images she captured of the event, saying: "Congratulations to everyone who received honours at Windsor today!
