Kate Middleton confirmed she has cancer in an emotional video message as she reveaeled it was discovered when she had abdominal surgery in January
Kate Middleton underwent major abdominal surgery in January at The London Clinic and at the time believed her condition was non-cancerous. Speaking in a video, which was shared on Friday, Kate asked for privacy as she processes the news and to protect her children. Prince William meanwhile "will continue to balance supporting his wife and family and maintaining his official duties as he has done since the start of the year".
