Kate Middleton's Cancer Is In Remission
“There is much to look forward to,” the Princess of Wales said in her announcement.
Kate, who turned 43 last week, also thanked the Royal Marsden, a U.K. cancer research and treatment facility, for “looking after me so well during the past year.” After months of speculation about her sudden disappearance from public life, Kate revealed last March that she’d been diagnosed with cancer. “But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK,” she added, referencing her three children with the Prince of Wales.
