The Princess of Wales has missed out on being named Time Magazine's Person of the Year for 2024, with the title instead being awarded to President-Elect Donald Trump
Even though she took a step back from royal duties for most of the year due to her cancer diagnosis in March, Kate has recently returned to public life, making her first appearance of 2024 at the Trooping the Colour in June. The Princess just missed out on the 2024 title (Image: PA)Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams believed that Kate would have been a worthy recipient of the Time accolade, praising her "charm, poise and a wonderful flair for fashion, the ideal consort for our future king." Donald Trump went on to speak about what he and the Prince spoke about as he called their interaction a "great talk" as they touched on some personal issues, including Kate and King Charles' battles with cancer.
