Her letter was announced via Instagram on Saturday, November 30, alongside black and white photos of the Princess of Wales’ neat signature at the bottom of the message. Princess Kate Middleton made an unexpected but very welcome return to public duties alongside her husband, Prince William, on October 10, when the couple visited the town of Southport to show support following the July 29 attack on three children.
