Kate Middleton Opens Up On Shock At “The Year I’ve Had” At London Carol Service

The Sun newspaper reports that Kate was speaking to singer Paloma Faith, who expressed her sympathy for the princess with her health struggles, which involved having surgery and undergoing chemotherapy. She has been to just a few public events since then, including the Wimbledon Men’s Final in July and Remembrance Sunday service in November.
