Kate Middleton makes generous move for child survivors of horror Southport attack

Princess Kate has invited child survivors of the Southport stabbing to her annual Christmas carol concert, Kensington Palace has confirmed

According to the Palace, Kate, who paid tribute to the war dead at Remembrance events earlier this month, has chosen a theme for this year's carol service that celebrates those supporting others in need, with a focus on the importance of love and empathy. The Palace shared: "This year, Her Royal Highness wanted to celebrate the many people supporting those in need – individuals who have inspired, counselled, comforted, and above all else shown that love is the greatest gift we can receive." London's historic abbey will resonate with cheer as the special event unfolds before an audience of around 1,600 guests, showcasing performances by celebrities like Paloma Faith, Olivia Dean, and Gregory Porter.
