For her visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, Kate opted for a stylish burgundy midi skirt and matching polo neck jumper, paired with chocolate brown heels and a check coat. These earrings feature a similar intertwined gold and silver design, but in a half-hoop style rather than a full-circle hoop like Kate's Missoma ones.
