Kate Middleton has sparked speculation that she is getting on well with her cancer treatment, this week issuing her first major update on a new project since sharing her diagnosis
This is the first project that Kate has been involved in since she revealed her cancer diagnosis, with the Princess taking time to recover following an abdominal surgery and to go through preventative chemotherapy.
