Kensington Palace has confirmed that the Princess of Wales will not be in attendance at a polo event with Prince William on Friday 12 July
Causes that benefit from the charity match include the Motor Neurone Disease Association, Wales Air Ambulance, Royal African Society, Place2Be, Mountain Rescue England & Wales, SHOUT, Child Bereavement UK, Action for Children, The Blackthorn Rally, The Royal Marsden and HMS Oardacious Fund. Kate recently made a brief return to the public spotlight for Trooping the Colour in June, and there has been speculation she may attend the Wimbledon finals on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July in her role as patron of The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club. William is expected to fly to Germany on Sunday to watch England's football team play Spain in Berlin at the European Championships 2024 final.
