Kate Middleton has stepped back from Royal duties whilst receiving treatment for cancer, but fans are wondering if she could appear at Trooping the Colour this weekend
The Princess of Wales has stepped back from the spotlight since the start of the year, when she went into hospital for 'planned abdominal surgery', before she made the shocking revelation in March that she was receiving treatment for cancer.
