Kate Middleton and Prince William had a private meeting at Windsor Castle on Wednesday, 2 October with Liz Hatton, a 16-year-old aspiring photographer who has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. In the photos, the Princess of Wales could be seen giving Liz a hug while another photograph showed Kate and Prince William alongside the talented teen and her family, reports the Express. In response to the post, Liz reshared the image on her Instagram Story and wrote: "Such a lovely, genuine and kind people, I'm over the moon that my family and I had this experience."
