Kate Middleton was 'happy and confident' as she was spotted for the first time since undergoing surgery, as she visited a local farm shop with Prince William, according to an expert

Kate was dressed down in a jumper and leggings, whilst William put on a baseball cap after they left Adelaide Cottage for a quick shop trip on Saturday, 16 March. Judi James, a body language analyst, said Kate boasted nothing but "energy and good health" as she ventured out amid her recovery after her procedure. Speaking about their farm shop trip, Judi told The Mirror: "This is no frail 'first steps outside' kind of body language, Kate looks happy and confident here and keen to take the lead and to be noticed.
