Veteran TV presenter Kate Humble has candidly confessed to a stark realisation about her control, or lack thereof, over her longstanding career in the telly business. Opening up about the harsh realities of the television industry and its impact on employment opportunities, 55 year old Kate shared exclusively with Reach plc: "The brutal truth is, you have very little influence on whether you slow down your filming or not." The BBC presenter has been broadening her horizons by collaborating with the train company LNER, as part of an initiative to encourage people to think about their environmental footprint during their summer getaways.
