Kate Hudson Says She & Matthew McConaughey Are “Both Totally Open” For ‘How To Lose A Guy’ Sequel: “All That Matters Would Be The Script”

Kate Hudson is opening up about a potential How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days sequel and said she is down to make it happen.

Donald Petrie directed How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, which is based on the picture book by Michele Alexander and Jennie Long. The film’s success at the box office made McConaughey into a rom-com star who recently opened up about almost quitting Hollywood because he wanted to steer away from those types of roles. McConaughey would take a two-year acting break and return to the big screen with films like The Lincoln Lawyer in 2011, M agic Mike (2012), The Paperboy (2012), and Dallas Buyers Club (2013), which earned him an Oscar.
