Kate Hudson Pacts With Virgin Music Group for Recording Career; Debut Single, ‘Talk About Love,’ Due This Week (EXCLUSIVE)
Kate Hudson is announcing she's signed with Virgin Music Group for her recording career, with a debut single arriving this week.
“I’ve been caught up writing and witnessing life in songs since I was a child,” Hudson said in a statement, indicating that her love of music predates her acting career. She first revealed she was working on music in an April 2022 Instagram post showing her at a microphone and captioned, “Finally realized it’s time to say f#%! Hudson is one of the executive producers on the project as well as taking on the starring role of a woman who is appointed as the president of the fictional Los Angeles Waves, a sports franchise that has been the family business.
