Kate Garraway in fresh blow as Good Morning Britain star hit with £150,000 bill


Kate Garraway has been hit with a £150,000 bill from the closure of her late husband's psychotherapeutic company, Astra Aspera, after opening up about her financial struggles

The I'm A Celebrity alum, who tragically lost Derek back in January, is also staring down the barrel of an additional £112,836 owing from a director's loan taken out by her former Labour Party advisor husband. Co-host Richard Madeley then asked why she would be ashamed of her debt, prompting her to admit that despite having a "well paid" job at ITV, she struggled to make things work at home. During a discussion about the NHS and private care on Good Morning Britain earlier this month, Kate opened up about this, explaining: "I have had to withdraw the bit you can tax free from my pension to pay for belated bills for my husband, who has now passed away.
