She flaunted her enviable figure in the busty ensemble and flashed her long legs in stylish polka dot sheer tights. However, Kate fired back at the cruel comments ands explained that there were several reasons for her changed figure, including a six-week hospital stint. Kate's stepdad Roy Battersby died in January after suffering 'a massive stroke' while battling two forms of cancer, which he was diagnosed with the summer before.
