Kate Beckinsale looked decades younger than her 51 years as she stepped out for a festive night at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.
'I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer, and I lost a lot of weight from stress and grief quite quickly,' Beckinsale wrote on Instagram. 'And then I was in hospital for six weeks because the grief had burned a hole in my esophagus, which made me vomit copious amounts of blood, and I found eating very hard.' On his spa's website, Mr Abramovic describes his method as being 'a massage that's more than just physical relief' designed 'to release emotional and energetic blockages'.
