Kate's stepdad Roy Battersby died in January following a 'brief illness' after being diagnosed with two forms of cancer the summer before (pictured left with her mother Judy right) Kate shared a picture of Roy's order of service that revealed he was cremated on Monday February 19 at Mortlake Crematorium near Kew in west London.
