The Apprentice star is set to become a grandmother once again, just a year after Sophia welcomed a son with her fiancé Frankie Makin.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Sophia - who has never revealed her child's name - shared a snap of him sitting on her lap with his face covered with a heart emoji. Sophia also shared a close-up snap of her newborn baby boy - whose name has not been disclosed - resting on her chest shorty after birth. The influencer showcased her blossoming baby bump as she modelled a bikini on the beach and puckered up to Frankie for a kiss.
