Karl Stefanovic's neighbours share concerns after renovations at the Today star's $4.5million luxury mansion in Sydney were approved

Neighbours of Nine's Karl Stefanovic have weighed in on the Today star's latest real estate win.

And nearby residents have had their say about the ruling in the Land and Environment court on Wednesday, which approved a modified design for the home which will now feature two levels, as opposed to the plan that included four storeys. In March, 2024, the couple finally got the approval from Willoughby Council to move forward with their renovation after a lengthy wrangle of their original development application (DA) that lasted a year. It will also boast a stylish outdoor dining terrace with adjacent stairs and a host of gorgeous architectural touches, including high ceilings and slanted windows.
