Taking the creative lead for her second edit with the now Boohoo Group-owned brand, The Founder collection launches this month and boasts signature designs including her trademark tailoring and power dresses. I expected to meet a businesswoman with such an established name to be confident and uncompromising, but Karen is humble and, much to my surprise, suffers from “imposter syndrome”. It’s been worn by countless celebrities over the past decade, including the Princess Of Wales who has stepped out in a few of the brand’s dresses on official visits.
