The Strictly Come Dancing professional, 42, who first confirmed her relationship with the marketing manager, 34, in January, was seen wearing a black bikini as the couple enjoyed a day at The Saltwater Sauna. Karen and Simon confirmed their blossoming romance on January, 19, after he joined her in Birmingham amid Strictly's first live tour show of the year. Having talked about having children, they moved from Karen's home in Wimbledon, South West London, to the North of England, where they settled in the countryside with their four dogs.
