Kanye West's new neighbors SLAM 'delusional' rapper for his plans to build a city within Beverly Hills
Kanye West has angered some people in his new Beverly Hills neighborhood and he hasn't even moved in yet.
Some of those neighbors pointed to West's failed gutting and makeover of his beachfront Malibu mansion as reason to believe he's not up to the task, while others worry his worldwide celebrity could bring unwanted fans and potential disturbances to the area. The huge drop in listing price for the beachfront home is likely due to West removing all of the windows and electricity three months ago in an attempt to turn the mansion into a 'bomb shelter from the 1910s, TMZ reports. After talking with several of his new neighbors in the North Beverly Park gated community, TMZ is reporting that some of them were very clear in stating that West won't be building a new DROAM city in their area, with one calling the idea 'delusional'
