Kanye West Sued for ‘Blatant Theft’ of Donna Summer’s ‘I Feel Love’

Donna Summer's estate says in new lawsuit that Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign "shamelessly" stole from Summer’s hit 'I Feel Love' on 'Good (Don't Die).'

"I intend to protect to Donna’s copyright," Summer's husband Bruce Sudano told Rolling Stone before filing lawsuit against West in federal court “In the face of this rejection, defendants arrogantly and unilaterally decided they would simply steal “I Feel Love” and use it without permission,” the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone states.
