Kanye 'Ye' West is being sued by eight former employees – including minors – over unpaid wages, a hostile work environment and more
The rapper, 47, along with his Yeezy brand and former head of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, were named in a lawsuit filed by the former YZYVSN employees – some of whom are minors – in the Central District Court in California on Saturday, June 29. Kanye West is dealing with the fallout from his Paris Fashion Week scandal, during which he wore a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt, slammed a Vogue editor for her criticism, and, later, was temporarily restricted from multiple social media outlets after sharing an anti-semitic message. “None of it is true and the allegations do a disservice to the Donda Academy’s current staff and students and their parents who will attest to their positive experience,” attorney Gregory Suhr said in court docs obtained by NBC News in June 2023.
