Kanye West SUED by Donna Summer's estate over 'unauthorized' use of late star's song I Feel Love on Vultures album - amid star's $250m legal wrangle with Adidas

Kanye West is embroiled in another legal drama as it emerged he is being sued by Donna Summer's estate for using an allegedly uncleared sample of her work on new album, Vultures.

Summer's estate claims West released the album with Good (Don't Die) on it - with the track featuring the alleged uncleared sample available on streaming platforms including Apple and Spotify. The drama began after the British rock star said he wants 'no association' with West, who has a long history of making antisemitic comments, following a listening party for the rapper's upcoming Vultures album, which features a snippet of Ozzy's band's hit War Pigs. Shoes sold directly by Adidas in North America included blue square pins established by Robert Kraft´s Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism as a symbol of solidarity in rejecting antisemitism.
