Kanye West Performs Classic Hits as Surprise Guest at Travis Scott Concert
“I wouldn’t be here on this stage without my brother, man. [Kanye] opened up these doors for me,” Scott told the Orlando crowd.
La Flame promised a special night and he delivered as word spread about West — who now goes by Ye — performing when he was spotted in the Orlando airport rocking a Jason Voorhees hockey mask and black leather jacket, which he took the stage with. Scott made sure to properly pay homage to one of his rap superheroes, and revealed if it weren’t for Ye breaking down barriers in the early stages of his career, he wouldn’t be where he is today. Wednesday marked the first time Scott and Ye reunited on stage since La Flame brought him out in Rome, Italy, when he was gearing up to deliver his UTOPIA blockbuster in August.
