Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign Announce Two ‘Vultures 1’ Listening Events in Italy

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign will be in Italy next week to present their joint album Vultures 1 at two listening parties, one in Milan (Feb. 22) and another Bologna (Feb. 24). The issues primarily involve sampling without permission: Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody” and a live Ozzy Osbourne performance of “Iron Man.” The latter was later replaced (on the Vultures 1 song “Carnival”) by an interpolation of “Hell of a Life” from Ye’s own My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Then, at the end of October, a large concert was supposed to take place at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia (an open-air venue with a capacity of 100,000 people).
