Kamie Crawford Reflects on ‘Catfish’ Exit, Hasn’t Spoken to Nev Schulman

Kamie Crawford opens up about leaving 'Catfish' after six years, her new personal projects and not staying in touch with Nev Schulman

“Since then I’ve been really focusing on my own projects and trying to produce shows and different things that really make my heart sing, which has been amazing,” Crawford, 32, shared at Us Weekly+ Maidenform’s Reality Star Style Awards party on Tuesday, April 22, at The Highlight Room in NYC. Kamie Crawford has not personally spoken to Catfish cohost Nev Schulman after his terrifying neck injury, but she made sure to send her support from afar. “After six years of living my absolute dream working on Catfish — one of the most iconic shows in television history — it is with a heavy heart and much consideration that I have decided to move on to my next adventure,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram statement at the time.
