The 38-year-old actress has officially closed the sale on her nine-acre estate in Agoura Hills after listing the property less than a year ago and making multiple price cuts.

The Big Bang Theory star — who posed up with her steamy leading man in her comedy thriller series for a luncheon last week — first listed the not-so-humble abode for $7 million in June 2023. Just short of a year and after making multiple price cuts, she closed the deal on the fairly new, 5,647-square-foot home, which was built in an exclusive gated community in 2020, to new owners, according to TMZ. The Flight Attendant star doled out $6.4 million on a newly built, modern ranch-style home residing on a nearly two-acre spread and is tucked away in a gated community.
