It’s often thought that celebrities who’ve had plastic surgery will go to any lengths to hide their secret, but stars from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to Courteney Cox have been candid about their experiences going under the knife. “5 years ago I would have thought I need[ed] to eat air and grilled chicken to prep,” Bristowe wrote via her Instagram Story in March 2024. She continued: “I’m gonna be hard on myself no matter what but lets [sic] lean into alllll the feelings and try to love on this body that I keep strong and healthy.’ I still struggle but recognizing growth in a WIN.
