Lowry, 32, shared a selfie via Instagram Story this month, where she was wearing a supportive bra and wrote in the caption, “4 days post op.” She also posed a poll to her followers, asking, “Do you want breast reduction videos?” with the options of “yes” or “not really.” During the episode, Lowry and her high school boyfriend, Jo Rivera, welcomed son Isaac, who was born in January 2010.
