Kaia Gerber sports prosthetic baby bump as she is bundled into the back of a car while filming scenes for the second season of Apple TV+ show Palm Royale
Loosely based on the novel Mr & Mrs American Pie by Juliet McDaniel, the comedy-drama is set in the super-rich Florida enclave of Palm Beach in 1969.
The first season of the show starred Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Amber Chardae Robinson, and Kaia Gerber with Laura Dern and Allison Janney. Stunning time-capsule images carefully preserved in the state archive have since provided a peek behind the curtain at what life was really like for those on the scene as they dressed to the nines in floor-length colourful print gowns and draped themselves in extravagant jewellery. Many of images were taken at exclusive locations such as Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana Plaza, with high-society chronicler Bert Morgan capturing a host of events including a March 1969 gala to benefit St. Mary's Hospital at the Everglades Club in Palm Beach and a Red Cross fundraiser at The Breakers.
