K.J. Apa Reteaming With Gulfstream Pictures On Romantic Dramedy ‘Falling’
K.J. Apa is in production on 'Falling,' a romantic dramedy marking his third collaboration with production company Gulfstream Pictures.
The project marks Apa’s third with Gulfstream, on the heels of the motorcycle racing pic One Fast Move, which premieres on Prime Video August 8, and the rom-com The Last Summer for Netflix. Colin and James Krisel previously made their feature debut as co-writers and directors of Last Moment of Clarity, a neo-noir thriller starring Samara Weaving which Lionsgate released in 2020. Founded by Karz and Bindley in 2013, Gulfstream Pictures has also produced titles including the Adam Sandler-Drew Barrymore comedy Blended, Garry Marshall’s Mother’s Day, and the Netflix YA rom-com The Last Summer, among others.
