Justin Timberlake has been arrested, with the singer telling police he had "one martini," according to the police report.

Justin Timberlake told police that he had “one martini” after being pulled over in Sag Harbor, N.Y., on Monday (June 17), NBC News reports. Law enforcement “ascertained that the defendant was operating said vehicle in an intoxicated condition in that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” NBC News reported, quoting the police report filed by officer Michael Arkinson. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed and held overnight for morning arraignment,” the policed department noted in its statement.
