During his arraignment on Tuesday morning in New York court, he was officially charged with one count of driving while intoxicated. For anyone it would be rough looking forward to the next month… But it’s especially bad for the Can’t Stop The Feeling singer since July 26 is the same day he’s supposed to kick off the European leg of his tour!
