The duo, who are shareholders in a real estate company dubbed Nexus Luxury Collection, were given the green light to convert an old cinema into a state-of-the-art sports bar in St. Andrews. The 15-time major champion wiped away tears as he walked down the 18th fairway at The Old Course, prompting a packed crowd in the grandstand to roar and give the legendary golfer a five-minute standing ovation.
