Justin Timberlake is expected to plead guilty in Sag Harbor, N.Y., on Friday in connection with his drunk driving arrest in June, according to local reports. The arresting officer reported that his eyes were “bloodshot” and “glassy,” and that he performed poorly on a field sobriety test. Burke had no comment on the plea agreement, which was first reported by TMZ and confirmed by Newsday, citing “sources familiar with the details of the case.”
