According to the documents, Justin was pulled over shortly after midnight on June 18 by the 24-year-old rookie cop after he observed him blowing a stop sign and swerving into another lane. Arkinson claimed the former*NSYNC member swayed during the test, had to use his arms to remain balanced, and ultimately put his foot down before the 30 seconds lapsed.
