Justin Timberlake Apologizes After DWI Arrest, Calls It a 'Mistake'

Justin Timberlake has broken his silence after taking a plea deal in his DWI case from June

“Many of you have been covering me for a lot of my life and, as you may know, I try to hold myself to a very high standard for myself,” Timberlake, 43, said during a Friday, September 13, press conference outside the courthouse in Sag Harbor, New York. The singer was held in police custody overnight before an arraignment hearing where he was charged with a single count of DWI and two traffic violations. After getting his start on Star Search and The All New Mickey Mouse Club, Timberlake formed ‘NSync alongside MMC costar JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick.
