Justin Bieber uploaded a video of him smoking what appeared to be a joint days after rumors swirled he was using drugs

The rep told TMZ in a Sunday, February 23, statement that speculation about Bieber using drugs are “absolutely not true,” labeling the speculation “exhausting and pitiful.” The statement added that the chatter surrounding Bieber’s mental health “shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.” Justin sparked concern from fans in January after eagle-eyed social media users noticed he was not following his wife, Hailey Bieber, on Instagram.
