A source exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month that Justin is “happier than he’s been in a long time” despite raising eyebrows with his behavior and recent outings. Justin was spotted enjoying himself while taking part in a charity hockey game benefiting victims of the California wildfires on Sunday, February 23.
