Justin Baldoni's Wayfarer Foundation is shuttering amid the actor and director's legal battle with 'It Ends With Us' costar Blake Lively.

Justin Baldoni's philanthropic arm of Wayfarer Studios, the Wayfarer Foundation, announced it's shuttering, although the reasons are currently unknown Launched in 2016, the nonprofit organization's mission is to "advance humankind spiritually towards a future peaceful world civilization" The foundation's closing comes amid Baldoni and Blake Lively's ongoing legal battle, with their case set to go trial in March 2026. The foundation shared news of its closing on Instagram with a statement from Sarowitz saying, "I am so incredibly proud of the impact this organization has made and deeply grateful for our staff, board, donors and partners." Although the Wayfarer Foundation is closing, my personal commitment to giving remains strong, and I’m dedicated to making an impact on society through the ongoing mission and work."
