Justin Baldwin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, responded to speculation that the actor is filing a response to Blake Lively’s lawsuit

Lively, 37, sued Baldoni, 40, for sexual harassment earlier this month, accusing him of causing her “severe emotional distress” and fostering a “hostile work environment” when they filmed It Ends With Us. On Saturday, the Daily Mail reported that Baldoni was planning to file a countersuit and suggested that Lively’s publicist tried to tarnish his image by leaking stories to the press. Sloane added, “It’s clear that Mr. Baldoni and his Wayfarer Associates are suggesting that I originated press stories about HR complaints on set, which is false.
